1) In opera mini always use http connection ,don’t use socket
2) In mobile use it in any bal but in pc use it at 0bal bec ur automatic enabled pc update may   charge you
3) Always use 10.58.10.58:8080 proxy port in your setting,dont use it without proxy ,it may charge…
